At Portola Paints, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our small-batch finishes; however, due to the custom nature of our color mixing, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges. Confirm that your items are unopened and in their original packaging; please note that custom-tinted colors, lime wash, and Roman clay are non-returnable.

Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Securely package your items to prevent leaking during transit and ship them back to our Los Angeles warehouse using a tracked shipping method.
